WolfTech Privacy Statement
WolfTech is committed to protecting your privacy. That means we will process personal data carefully and protect it adequately. In doing so, we will comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy statement tells you which data we collect and for what purpose. We will also explain your rights with respect to the processing of your personal data.
Processing of personal data
When you register on our website, or make use of our services, we register the following personal data: name, address, place of residence, e-mail address, gender and a copy of an identity document (including BSN number), work permit and data concerning personnel and salary administration and absence documentation.
Purpose and grounds for processing
We only process personal data for the purpose for which we have obtained it: executing the agreement and complying with a legal obligation, specifically the execution of the payroll agreement and the legal obligations that go with it, such as the payroll administration and the payment of social security premiums. This means that if we do not receive this data from you, we may not be able to provide our services.
We will only keep the data for the legally required period, or to the extent necessary to execute the agreement. After this period, we will delete all personal data (both physical and digital).
We are committed to keeping your data secure, so we have taken certain organisational and technical measures: our website uses firewalls, secure servers, encrypted connections, and is password protected. In addition, we have set up our systems in such a way that only employees who need to have access to the personal data.
Provision of data to third parties
WePayPeople will only provide data to affiliated companies and third parties (such as the UVW, the Tax Authorities, Acture and hirers) insofar as it is necessary for fulfilling their legal obligation or for executing the agreement. We will not provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Act, you are entitled to inspect your personal data. You can also request that we rectify the data. In that case, please send us evidence proving the information is incorrect. You can also object to part of all of the dt processing and you have the right to delete your personal data. The latter only applies to data that we are not required to process and may result in us not being able to execute the agreement. You can send requests as mentioned above to:
